The LIFE CLASSROOM program is designed for you, a middle school student who feels that the classroom is sometimes too small. Do you ever sense that the walls could be much higher and that the doors to new opportunities are always open?

Together we will create and explore …. of course, we won’t forget about school and the responsibilities that come with it. BUT that will not be our main focus.

JOIN CLASS ROOM OF LIFE
  • At the first meeting, the child will begin exploring, through play and conversation, what they want to achieve or create. They will create their own symbolic corner – a space where they feel safe and can reflect on their dreams. Right from the start, they will set small steps to begin their journey.

  • In the second week, we will gently explore the feelings that arise when a child feels scared or tense. They will learn to recognize how their body responds to stress. Through simple exercises, such as breathing or shaking out their hands, they will discover that they have tools within themselves to calm down.

  • This week, we will explore the inner voice. We will talk about what the child tells themselves in different situations – when they say, "I can do this," and when they say, "I can't." Through play, they will learn to recognize positive and negative thoughts and discover how to talk to themselves in a supportive way.

  • In the fourth week, the child will learn how important planning is. Together, we will create a simple schedule that includes time for learning, rest, and fun. They will discover that organizing their time can bring more ease and less stress.

  • This week, we will strengthen the courage to speak out loud what they think. Through role-playing games, the child will practice presenting their ideas clearly and confidently. We will learn how to feel strong when speaking in front of others, whether at school or at home.

  • The sixth week will be dedicated to discovering the child’s strengths. Together, we will explore what they do well, what brings them joy, and where they are already showing their abilities. They will learn that they have the power to persevere, even when things are challenging.

  • The seventh week will focus on reinforcing everything the child has learned. We will revisit various tools for well-being – breathing, stretching, positive thoughts – and together create a “personal power box” containing drawings, notes, and objects that remind them of their inner strength.

  • In the final week, we will review the entire journey. The child will share what they have learned, and together we will create a “courage plan” for the months ahead. We will conclude by celebrating their progress and reinforcing their self-confidence.

Every two weeks, we have an integration week – a week of silence, a week where we do less, yet achieve more. This is the time we need for what we’ve learned to settle in. A time for rest and reflection. A week dedicated to guests who will guide us through the steps of the foundations we are building.

STEP WIHT US
  • At the introductory session, we will explore why it is important to have a personal vision and what that truly means for high school students at this stage of life. Together, we will outline a clear sense of what they want to create and why it matters right now. Through a guided process, they will experience their vision on a physical level and build inner security to help maintain and nurture it. In the group setting, students will share ideas, while in individual sessions, each student will create their own personal corner and set their first small steps – micro-moves that will start guiding them forward.

  • In the second week, we will enter the inner environment together – the place where resistance, fear, and feelings of being stuck often hide. Students will learn to create space within themselves: space for sensing, observing, and softening. Through exercises, they will discover how to recognize a “frozen” bodily response, calm the nervous system, and release unconscious blocks that drain energy. The group will serve as a safe space where they can recognize that they are not alone in facing challenges.

  • Even when the vision is clear, old voices and limiting beliefs can still arise. This week, we will illuminate the stories and patterns that hold students back. They will learn to recognize subtle forms of self-sabotage and gain techniques to rewrite limiting beliefs both in the body and the mind. Together, we will create a space where old narratives can be disempowered and replaced with new ones rooted in possibility rather than fear.

  • Now it will be time for students to begin gradually reclaiming their power. We will create a simple, flexible system that supports their vision and helps them stay on track. They will learn how to plan their days and weeks in alignment with their energy, rather than against it. We will also dedicate valuable time to career guidance and exploring various future possibilities. Each student will receive clear, structured steps that foster a sense of space, not stress.

  • Visibility, leadership, and being noticed are themes that often trigger feelings of shame and withdrawal in young people. This week, we will explore how the nervous system influences these feelings and how they can be released. We will discuss social systems and how they affect an individual’s readiness to show up in their true light. Group exercises will help students reclaim their voice and presence, while individual work will build inner strength to step forward as their authentic selves.

  • In the sixth week, we will integrate everything students have gained so far. We will look at what has changed in their bodies, mindset, and daily routines. We will define what consistency means for each student and how to create without rushing or burning out. This will be the beginning of a new way of operating – flowing, not forcing.

  • The seventh week will focus on reinforcing the tools and practices students have learned. Together, we will review what works best for each individual and, if needed, adjust systems, routines, and supportive habits. They will learn to recognize early signs of drifting away from their flow and how to quickly get back on track.

  • In the final week, we will review the entire journey and lay the foundations for the next phase. Students will create a personal plan for moving forward and set new micro-moves. They will strengthen their inner security and self-confidence. Together, we will celebrate their progress, the clarity and ease they have cultivated, and open the door to a new chapter.

Are the programs different from each other?

The program is tailored to each group individually. The curricula—Life Classroom, Path Seekers, and New Horizons—differ from one another and are adapted to the participants, but the core principles remain the SAME.

Additionally, the pace of the program is adjusted for each group. If it becomes clear that a group needs an extra week, an additional session, or call, the program is flexible enough to accommodate this.

What does the program include?

Join a 3-month program with the option to continue into a second summer. The program offers:

What is the main difference between the curricula?

With primary school students, we explore how to handle everyday challenges, build confidence, and develop creativity.
For high school students, we support finding their own path, making decisions, and facing the increased responsibilities that come with growing up.
For university students, we focus on shaping a vision, setting goals, and balancing studies, work, and personal life.

How do the sessions work?

Sessions are held online, offering convenience and flexibility. In addition to our live sessions, you’ll receive materials and assignments for self-work, allowing you to reinforce what you’ve learned and make faster progress between sessions.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded, so you can catch up anytime. Of course, live attendance is encouraged, but it’s important to me that you don’t lose touch with the content, even if you can’t join in real time.

Hey, I’m Lana and this my story.

I am a person who is always on a mission. Whatever I put into my plan, I take incredibly seriously. On walks, I recharge with fresh air; while cooking, I catch my creativity; in the gym, I play with energy. I nurture my desire for knowledge among books and the wind on the terrace.

I have always believed that working with and within the environment is my future. In good conversations, exchanging opinions, and sharing experiences and stories, I shine.

I am a graduate in social pedagogy and currently a master’s student in marital and family therapy. When I’m not on a daily mission, you’ll find me anchored at a table, exploring human thoughts. I am endlessly grateful that after a very confusing period in elementary school and a compulsory high school experience that ended in COVID, I am now pursuing education that fills my soul. When you feel truly connected to something, it is priceless.

My work lives at the intersection of the human relationship with their environment, between personal stories and the inner world. My approach is not a shortcut, trick, or quick fix—it is a process that creates lasting change in the way we feel, think, and act.

I integrate knowledge from social pedagogy and marital and family therapy with a deep curiosity for the human experience. My mission is to create a space where people can open up, explore, and build a life that truly nourishes them.

I draw inspiration from conversations, exchanging opinions, and storytelling that opens new horizons. I believe true power comes from being connected to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.
